Ice cream 🍦🍦🍦

On Tuesday afternoon we made delicious vanilla ice cream!

We had to carefully follow the instructions ...



We discovered that the milk changed state. It changed from a liquid to a solid!

We also found that the salt made the ice melt faster (salt lowers the freezing point of the ice). This meant the temperature around our milk mixture got colder and it turned to frozen ice cream!
