Room 4 have been very lucky to have Whaea Ali working in our classroom. She is wonderful! Today Whaea Ali treated us to a morning of decorating gingerbread men. We read the story, listened to Christmas music, made gingerbread men cards and of course ate the gingerbread men. It was a very festive and fun morning. Thank you Whaea Ali.

Year 2 Whanau Day 😊😊😊
What a fantastic day the Year 2 Whanau Day was today. It was lovely to see so many of you. The children did an amazing job of preforming their hip hop dance on stage. We were so proud! Niksha did a fantastic job of being a presenter. Also well done to our poetry finalists! Congratulation Holly on receiving highly commended, Lachlan on his third place and Rory on his second place!

Junior Athletics 🏃🏃🏃
Friday morning was Junior Athletics! The children rotated around various athletics activities in their house teams. The sun was shining, we all looked great in our house colours and there were lots of smiles! We were really impressed with the way Room 4 gave everything a go and encouraged others!

Happy Diwali!!!
Happy Diwali everyone!
We were very lucky and Miss A brought some barfi to school to share! It was delicious! She was also dressed in some very special clothes to celebrate! Later on we had fun clouring in some rangoli patterns with bright, cheerful colours. Don't they look fantastic! Come in and see our patterns and read the big book to learn more about Diwali!
